Jackie je velmi talentovaná operní zpěvačka. Zpívá už opravdu od malinka. V devíti letech vydává album Prelude to A Dream. V roce 2010 byla v soutěži Amerika má talent, kde miliony diváků uchvátila árií O Mio Babbino Caro od Pucciniho. Dostala se až do finále. Po finále natáčí své druhé album O Holy Night.

V březnu roku 2011 Jackie natáčí album Dream With Me, na kterém spolupracuje s velmi známými osobnostmi, jako je David Foster, Barbara Streisand, Susan Boyle. Jednu skladbu s pomocí Davida složila i samotná Jackie ta skladba se jmenuje Dream With Me, po které je nazvané celé album. Výtěžek z tohoto alba je věnován pro zvířata v nouzi. K tomuto albu natáčí i DVD pod stejným názvem. Má velikou úspěšnost po celém světě.

V prosinci natáčí druhé vánoční album které se jmenuje Heavenly Christmas. Písničky v provedení Jackie se těší veliké oblibě.

V roce 2012 Jackie natačí film The Campany You Keep, kde si zahraje s Robertem Redfordem. Ke konci tohoto roku vyjde nové album i s DVD. Máme se na co těšit !!!!
